badbaji is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for the entertainment of adult players residing in Bangladesh. badbaji reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure. Age verification documents accepted include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by an authorised Bangladeshi government body.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on badbaji. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. You must not use a pseudonym, another person's details, or falsified information of any kind.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. badbaji will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately at support@badbaji. badbaji accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to keep their login credentials secure.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

badbaji operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with standard anti-money-laundering and fraud-prevention practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or at any point during your account's active period:

• A copy of your valid National Identity Card (NID) or passport

4.3 Currency & Conversion

Any currency conversion that occurs at the payment provider level is outside badbaji's control, and any associated exchange rate differences or fees are the player's responsibility.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

6.3 Bet Acceptance & Void Bets

6.4 Responsible Betting Limits

Players may set personal daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and betting limits from within their account settings at any time. Reductions to limits take effect immediately. The following actions are strictly prohibited on badbaji. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of any account balance, and — where applicable — reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.
• Extended account inactivity — defined as no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (after the deduction of any non-withdrawable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

11.1 Dispute Resolution

11.2 Formal Complaints

If your concern is not resolved through standard customer support channels, you may escalate to a formal complaint by sending a written description of your dispute — including your account details, a clear description of the issue, any relevant transaction IDs or dates, and your proposed resolution — to support@badbaji with the subject line "Formal Complaint". badbaji will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a substantive written response within 14 calendar days.

11.3 Finality of Game Results

Once a game round is completed and the result confirmed by the game engine or sports data provider, that result is final. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted within 30 days of the relevant game round or sports event settlement. badbaji will not consider outcome disputes submitted outside this window.

badbaji reserves the right to amend, update, replace, or supplement any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates may be made to reflect changes in applicable law, new product features, updated payment methods, revised responsible gaming policies, or improvements to the clarity of existing provisions.
